Administrator - Lynda Baldwin Lynda has more than 20 years experience in long-term healthcare. She has a degree in biology from the University of Washington and is licensed by the state of Washington as a nursing home administrator and certified by the American Health Care Association. She has operated several of her own buildings and was previously the administrator at this facility from 1997-2000. In addition, Lynda has been a regional administrator, overseeing dozens of skilled nursing facilities. She brings a caring charisma for residents and staff, as well as an extensive knowledge of long-term care. Lynda is a Des Moines native and when not at work she loves spending time with her two children. Her door is always open for residents, visitors and staff alike.
Director of Nursing - Staci Chapman Staci has over 24 years of experience in long-term care and a zeal for excellent nursing care. She is a native of Yakima and started out as a CNA in a nursing home at 16. She has held virtually every clinical position in long-term care and has been a director of nursing at various buildings for over 15 years, including overseeing a 46-bed vent and trach unit. In her free time Staci is an avid snowboarder and loves spending time with friends, family and her pug, Panzy Mae. Her goal is to provide outstanding personal care to each patient and enhance the lives of everyone she serves.

Co-Medical Director - Dr. James Buttitta Dr. James Buttitta is board certified in internal medicine. He operates his own practice, Highline Internal Medicine, located in Burien. Dr. Buttitta graduated from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and did his at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He is also a member of the Washington State Medical Association.

Co-Medical Director - Dr. Eric Troyer

Attending Physician - Dr. Steven Rudnick He is a board certified internist with nearly a decade of experience as a hospitalist and has helped pioneer the Sound Physicians Post Acute Care Services in the past few years. His work is now exclusively in skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. When he’s not working as a physician, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children in north Seattle. He remains an avid Cubs and Bears fan, despite his love for the Pacific Northwest.
